...indicator relay shroud was hanging upside down and had literally Filled to the top with water, meaning the connections were TOTALLY immersed all the time.
Turns out that when I chopped the arse off, what I thought was a nice ridge that'd stop water running down the top of the mudguard and all over the electrics actually acted more like a funnel, dumping water all over all the connections. Should've checked it more thoroughly for water flow. Twat. |
