  Diesel Suzuki
diesel bike
this is maybe one of the most interesting bikes in existence. Suzuki GS425(ish) chassis, with a Briggs & Stratton single cyl diesl motor, 5 liter plastic can as tank, dustpan primary cover, deckchair-style seat - too much weird stuff to even list. I'm told that the owner sometimes carries his dog in the basket at the back too! Thanks to Anders from Sweden & Mike from Denmark for the photos.

[update August 2003] Hey, we finally heard from the owner:
my bike is a 1982 suzuki gsx 1100e with a farymann 6.5 hp diesel engine and a NSU 250 OCL gearbox. not a gs 425. I put it together in 1991 and have being riding it more than 150,000 km since then. the dog that whas riding with me whas a white boxer named Albin
